• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls while delivering a positive customer experience

• Present products services and promotional offers using approved scripts or customized presentations based on customer needs

• Build rapport answer questions address concerns and overcome objections to help customers make informed purchasing decisions

• Accurately collect verify and update customer information in company systems

• Maintain expert knowledge of products pricing promotions and upsell opportunities

• Meet and exceed sales goals quality standards and productivity expectations to maximize bonus opportunities

• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when appropriate
