• PART-TIME 1:1 Resident Companion

  We are looking for a dependable compassionate and attentive 1:1 Sitter to join our team!

  Schedule:
  24 hours per week
  Midnight 8:00 AM
  Every other weekend

  As a 1:1 Companion you will providecontinuous supervision and support to an assigned resident helping maintain their safety comfort and well-being throughout the night.

  What were looking for:
  Healthcare or caregiving experience preferred but not required
  Dependable and punctual
  Patient and compassionate
  Must be able to remain awake alert and attentive for the entire overnight shift
  Comfortable working closely with elderly and our nursing team
  Committed to resident safety dignity and quality care

  This position requires continuous observation so the ability to stay awake and attentive throughout the entire shift is an essential job expectation.
