What Youll Be Doing
- Safely operate front-end loaders to move load and stockpile raw materials
- Support mining and production operations to ensure consistent material flow
- Conduct pre-shift inspections and report equipment or safety concerns
- Maintain clean organized and safe work areas throughout the shift
- Follow all safety environmental and operational procedures at all times
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial or mining environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on second shift
- Basic mechanical awareness and willingness to learn equipment operations
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safe productive work
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
