SeniorLead Go Developer with AWS

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Go Developer with strong AWS expertise to join our team as a senior consultant driving the modernization of a large-scale SaaS platform from Azure/Databricks to AWS. This role combines CIA (Cloud Infrastructure Architect) breadth with deep modernization skills including containers Databricks on AWS and Go-based services. The successful candidate will own everything around the EC2 estate and play a key role in shaping the migration strategy.

• Lead the end-to-end modernization initiative migrating workloads from Azure/Databricks to AWS
• Design build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code at scale using Terraform
• Own the EC2 estate and all surrounding infrastructure components
• Build and operate Amazon EKS clusters including application onboarding and day-2 operations
• Set up and integrate Databricks on AWS defining workspace and cluster patterns
• Develop Go-based services and tooling to support modernization initiatives
• Implement cross-cloud data movement using AWS Database Migration Service (DMS)
• Manage Active Directory sync file system migration and application onboarding patterns
• Apply CIA breadth across networking compute storage and automation domains
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration scope and execute IaC and data migration strategies

• 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and modernization projects
• Proficiency in the Go programming language combined with IaC tooling (CDK / Terraform CDK)
• Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code at scale
• Skills in Amazon EKS including cluster build application onboarding and day-2 operations
• Background in Databricks on AWS covering workspace setup cluster patterns and integration
• Knowledge of AWS IAM and security best practices
• Familiarity with Active Directory sync file system migration and application onboarding patterns
• CIA breadth across networking compute and storage with strong automation capability
• Capability to own and operate large-scale EC2 estates
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2 level)

• Showcase of AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) for cross-cloud data movement
• Understanding of DMS Time-Point Capture (TPC)
• Experience leading end-to-end cross-cloud migration initiatives
