Requirements:
- 3yearsofexperienceinITrecruitmentpreferablywithintechnologycompaniesorproduct/serviceITenvironments
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment: intake meetings sourcing screening interviewing feedback preparation offer management and candidate communication
- Advanced sourcing skills including the ability to build sourcing strategies use multiple channels and develop diverse candidate pipelines
- Solid experience conducting competency-based interviews assessing candidate fit and providing clear structured feedback to stakeholders
- Practical experience using AI tools and creating effective prompts to support recruitment sourcing communication and process optimization
- Experience with paid sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter AI sourcing platforms or similar tools will be an advantage
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate recruitment insights clearly to internal stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Beingresponsibleforfullrecruitmentprocesses
- Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Generating and maintaining candidates pipeline; candidates data processing
- Developing and updating market knowledge in our service areas of focus
- Working with Ukrainian and foreign IT labor markets

Schedule:5/2 8-hour working day (40hrper week) flexible schedule.
