Senior Business Analyst (Financial Management System)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze refine and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic goals
• Work closely with Product Owners developers QA engineers and designers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Analyze existing business processes systems and workflows to identify optimization opportunities and propose scalable solutions
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation including user stories acceptance criteria process flows functional specifications and user guides
• Decompose high-level business needs into detailed and actionable requirements
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support backlog refinement prioritization and estimation preparation activities
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Conduct demos and presentations to showcase delivered functionality and maintain stakeholder engagement
• Prepare user documentation and support solution adoption
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and the effective use of AI-powered tools in daily workflows

Qualifications :

• Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
• Expertise in requirements gathering user story creation decomposition and backlog structuring
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations
• SQL skills for data extraction and validation
• Experience working with wireframing and prototyping tools
• Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools for documentation analysis process optimization or data interpretation
• Strong AI prompting skills and ability to integrate AI into everyday work processes
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ownership mindset with a proactive and delivery-oriented approach
