Skills and knowledge
University degree in communications linguistics international relations project management humanitarian studies or a related field.
7 year of relevant professional experience in donor reporting proofreading editing project management or humanitarian/development reporting.
Personal experience
Strong understanding of donor reporting requirements
Demonstrated experience in high-quality English report writing
Experience developing reporting standards and guidelines
Experience designing and delivering structured training
Personal qualities
Analyses and judgement quickly understands and analyses complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgements
Constructive teamwork collaborate well with others; shares knowledge experience and information and supports others in the pursuit of team goals
Effective communication communicate in a clear precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively
Initiative and Responsibility - is a self-starter makes things happen and is result oriented
Organzational awareness understands the organizations informal rules and structure and utilizes internal processes effectively to get things done
Systematic approach uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively
Other skills:
Excellent command of English both written and spoken. Knowledge of Ukrainian is considered an asset
