Principal Software Developer (IT Solution Department)

• Collaborate with stakeholders on solution discovery technical design estimations and delivery planning
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions aligned with business and architectural goals
• Develop production-quality Back-end-focused solutions while contributing across the Full Stack when required
• Own features end-to-end from technical design to deployment and support
• Lead and mentor Middle and Senior engineers through technical guidance and peer reviews
• Act as a key technical point of contact across multiple teams and drive cross-team collaboration
• Design and implement enterprise integrations automation workflows and data processing solutions
• Contribute to AI-enabled engineering workflows and product capabilities
• Establish standards for responsible usage of AI coding assistants within the project
• Review AI-generated code for scalability maintainability security risks and edge cases
• Ensure system reliability scalability and performance under growing business demands
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions delivering measurable value

Qualifications :

• 7 years of commercial software engineering experience with a strong Back-end focus
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and
• Experience with
• Solid experience designing and developing REST API and/or GraphQL solutions
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Codex in daily development workflows
• Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns scalability integrations and risk management
• Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and distributed teams
• Ability and willingness to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance technical and business priorities
• Experience working with incomplete or evolving requirements
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

• Previous formal team leadership experience
• Experience building AI-enabled business solutions
• Experience with enterprise process automation platforms
• Experience defining governance standards for AI-assisted development
