As a Procurement Buyer you will support sourcing initiatives supplier management and procurement projects that contribute to business efficiency and sustainable growth.

What you will do as our Procurement Buyer:

Contribute into development of local category sourcing strategies and ensure strategies implementation

Perform sourcing activities for assigned categories negotiate deals with existing and new suppliers

Conclude contracts manage them and resolve issues

Develop and support suppler management process develop supplier database in accordance with business requirements and external market conditions conduct regular suppliers evaluation

Ensure day-to-day purchasing activities that focus on the operational tasks

Initiate manage or participates as purchasing representative in Cost Savings projects and innovation/renovation projects with suppliers for our operational plants

Build a professional relationship with internal/external stakeholders

Delivers personal and department KPIs: savings PO coverage Direct PO Catalogues After the fact PO payment terms auto PO etc.

What we expect from our Procurement Buyer:

* Bachelors or Masters degree;

* At least 3 years of experience in procurement sourcing or purchasing;

* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills;

* Fluent English;

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;

* Experience with SAP/SRM systems will be an advantage;

* Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
