Weprovide full training and all the tools needed tosucceed inthis role. Its agreat opportunity todive into the world oflogistics and grow into along-term member ofour international team.

What Youll BeDoing:

• Communicating with customers daily via phone and email

• Coordinating logistics and handling dispatch processes

• Answering inbound calls from clients and vendors (atop priority)

• Working with databases and internal systems

• Providing friendly helpful support toall customers

• Performing other duties asassigned bythe team orbusiness needs

What Were Looking For:

• Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office isaplus)

• Strong communication self-organization and problem-solving skills

• Ability towork effectively inafast-paced high-pressure environment

• English level:Upper-Intermediate orhigher(spoken and written)

• Work from one of our offices in Lviv Odesa or Ivano-Frankivsk

• Ateam player with aquick learning mindset
