Interco Order Desk

• Process customer inquiries related to manufacturing processes and the supply of finished products and components.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Production Production Planning Logistics and Warehouse teams.
• Communicate with customers regarding order fulfillment timelines shipment readiness production delays and changes to delivery schedules.
• Receive production orders for finished goods from the companys international partners register them in the companys ERP system and monitor the order status and production progress until completion.

Qualifications :

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
• Experience working with 1C SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficient PC user with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of business communication etiquette.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive communicative initiative-driven and customer-oriented.
