Job Summary
During the internship you will:
- Learn the fundamentals of instructional design (ADDIE/SAM models adult learning theory)
- Practice analyzing learning needs
- Write learning objectives and structure course content
- Practice working with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Rise/Open edX)
- Design assessments and multimedia learning elements
- Learn how to evaluate learning outcomes and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications :
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Strong analytical thinking
- Fast learner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine interest in e-learning / adult education
Will be an advantage:
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with graphic design tools (Figma Illustrator etc.)
- Any prior experience creating educational or training content
