Today our business includes a portfolio of 78establishedand rapidly developing brands covering both software outsourcing and product-based directions. As the company continues moving towards greater productization we are looking for a Head of Marketing who can build effective marketing strategies across multiple brands lead a multidisciplinary team and remain actively involved in hands-on execution.We are looking for a proactive marketing leader who can combine strategic thinking data-driven decision-making team management and practical involvement in marketing operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in a marketing leadership role managing ateamand driving the overall marketing strategy.

• Strongexperiencemanagingmultidisciplinarymarketingteamsincludingmarketing PR SMM SEOPCCandleadgenerationspecialists.

• Ability to create implement and adjust marketing strategies for several brands products or business directions simultaneously.

• Strong data-driven approach to marketing including experience collectinganalysing and interpreting marketing and sales data.

• PracticalexperiencedefiningmarketingKPIsbuildingreportingprocessesevaluatingfunnelperformanceandmakingdecisionsbasedonmeasurableresults.

• Experiencewithmarketinganalyticsattributionconversiontrackingexperimentationandperformanceevaluationtools.

• Strongunderstandingofinboundmarketingdemandgenerationleadgenerationandcustomeracquisition.

• Hands-on knowledge of modern SEO practices websiteoptimisation content strategy and basic website configuration.

• Experience working with both product-based and outsourcing or service-based business models.

• Practical experience using AI and LLM-based tools in marketing to build or convert already existingstrategies

• Understanding ofhow AI is changing search content creation customer acquisition brand visibility marketing operations and buyerbehaviour.

• Proven ability toinitiateand run marketing experimentsvalidatehypotheses and turn successful ideas into scalable processes.

• Ability to translate new business or product ideas into clear positioning messaging promotional materials and go-to-market activities.

• Willingness to remain involved in operational work when necessary including campaign execution website updates marketing materials tender-related activities and other hands-on tasks.

• Strong ownership independence and ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.

• English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall marketing strategy forLangateand its portfolio of brands and products.

• Develop separate marketing approaches based on each brands audience maturity business model and growthobjectives.

• Leadcoordinateanddevelopthemarketing PR SMM SEOcontentandleadgenerationfunctions.

• Support the preparation of marketing materials presentations proposals and tender-related documentation.

• Establish clear responsibilities KPIs reporting standards and performance expectations across the marketing team.

• Ensure effective delegation whilemaintainingsufficient understanding of each marketing direction to evaluate quality and results.

• Build a consistent data-driven decision-making process across all marketing activities.

• Monitor inbound lead generation and ensure that lead flowremainsstable across existing business directions.

• Identifyopportunities to increase qualified inbound demand brand awareness engagement and conversion.

• Analysemarketing and sales funnelsidentifybottlenecks and propose measurable improvements.

• Develop positioning messaging value propositions and go-to-market approaches for new products and platforms.

• Support the companys strategic transition towards productization while continuing to develop and reposition the outsourcing direction.

• Introduce and expand the use of AI and automation across marketing workflows.

• Research new AI-related marketing practices tools platforms and changes in customer acquisitionbehaviour.

• Oversee website development andoptimisationfrom a marketing perspective.

• Work closely with sales and lead generation teams to align messaging campaigns target audiences and qualification criteria.

• Present strategies results risks and recommendations to the CEO and company leadership.

• Maintain a balance between strategic leadership and direct involvement in daily marketing operations.
