About the role
We are building safety-critical autonomous systems and need an Embedded Linux Systems Engineer to develop and optimise the low-level software that powers our drones and robotics platforms. You will work at the intersection of hardware and software ensuring reliability real-time performance and security in the field.

What youll do

• Design develop and maintain embedded Linux systems for autonomous platforms
• Work on kernel drivers BSPs and board bring-up
• Optimise system performance boot time and power consumption
• Collaborate with hardware robotics and autonomy teams
• Ensure compliance with safety-critical standards
• Debug complex hardware-software issues in the lab and in the field

What were looking for
Essential

• 5 years of embedded Linux development experience
• Strong C/C and Linux kernel/driver expertise
• Experience with ARM-based SoCs Yocto/Buildroot
• Familiarity with real-time systems and safety-critical development
• English mandatory; Ukrainian desirable
• EU passport mandatory (no visa support)

Nice to have

• Experience in drones robotics or autonomous systems
• Knowledge of ROS/ROS2
• Exposure to functional safety standards (DO-178C IEC 61508)
