Domestic Execution Specialist maternity cover

Main accountabilities (Main Responsibilities): 

LDC announces a vacancy for a position of Domestic Execution Specialist to cover an employee on maternity leave.

We are open to considering candidates from other cities such as Poltava Dnipro Kharkiv etc.

Key responsibilities:

• Receiving verifying and maintaining corporate documents of suppliers as well as entering data into 1C.
• Preparing UAH purchase and sales contracts and addendums and entering relevant information into 1C.
• Controlling the availability of required original hard copy and electronic documents for payments in UAH.
• Processing and posting supplier invoices for goods and services in the system and ensuring timely payments.
• Preparing reserving and monitoring cash flow movements.
• Providing necessary information and supporting documentation to the Legal and Risk departments.

Experience skills and requirements:

• Experience in contract administration or accounting is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems.

Education:

• Higher education / Bachelors degree in Economics or Accounting.

Languages:

• Ukrainian native
• English Intermediate

Other skills and competencies:

• Ability to learn quickly work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Personal qualities:

• Responsibility and discipline.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Proactiveness in suggesting process improvements.
