Job Summary

As a Demand Planning Expert youll play an important role in handling the finished goods demand planning process as a part of IBP ((Integrated Business Planning) to align with sales and service/cost objectives. This role focuses on sales forecasting process management and analytical support for the FG Coffee category in Ukraine.

What youll do

  • Lead the execution of the forecasting process for finished goods including short-term and long-term national forecasts.
  • Oversee the monthly IBP cycle in collaboration with Sales Marketing and Finance teams.
  • Manage weekly forecasts by client and consolidate the national forecast ensuring accurate SAP/APO/OMP system uploads.
  • Lead the Demand Pillar with regular KPI tracking root cause analyses and process improvements.
  • Communicate with the Global team for IBP learning calls and reporting.
  • Monitor slow-moving stocks manage obsoletes and report inventory provision for FP&A.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Demand & Supply Planners to optimize local and import FG inventory.
  • Reporting and monthly/weekly tracking analysis and FY projection of KPIs:  FA/Bias. Identify key drivers of major changes.
  • Support and participate in initiative projects and meetings.
  • Provide regular portfolio review with ABC analyses.
  • Participate in the creation of annual budgeting and operational plans.

Qualifications :

Youll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Economics Business Administration Engineering Finance Marketing Food Science Operations or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Planning or a similar role preferably within an international FMCG company.
  • Strong expertise in demand planning forecasting and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Good understanding of SAP functionality; experience with SAP APO or OMP planning platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build collaborative win-win partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and make sound business decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of ownership accountability and resilience with the ability to adapt and lead through change.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel PowerPoint and Word.
  • Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
