Business Analyst

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis through stakeholder interviews workshops and discovery sessions
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare and maintain user stories use cases acceptance criteria business rules and process descriptions
• Support presales activities including RFP/RFQ analysis scope clarification assumptions risks and dependencies
• Participate in project estimation together with PMs Tech Leads and Solution Architects
• Facilitate Discovery phases and help structure solution scope and priorities
• Manage and prioritize requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain traceability of requirements and support change management
• Collaborate closely with engineering QA design product and project management teams
• Support backlog refinement release planning and UAT activities
• Identify gaps inconsistencies and risks in requirements and raise them proactively
• Communicate effectively with Customers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare clear documentation in Jira Confluence and other project tools

Qualifications :

•  3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
•  Strong requirements engineering skills
•  Experience with stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
•  Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC
•  Ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete requirements and structure them effectively
•  Experience with user stories use cases acceptance criteria BPMN/UML and process modeling
•  Understanding of APIs integrations data flows and basic system architecture concepts
•  Experience participating in Discovery and/or presales activities
•  Ability to define scope assumptions dependencies and risks
•  Strong analytical and communication skills
•  Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
•  Ability to work independently and take ownership of BA activities
