Appointment Setter Cold Caller – Ukraine

About the role

Boogie Team is recruiting 10 experienced Appointment Setters / Cold Callers based in Ukraine to support a California building and home improvement client. This is a remote full-time role for confident English speakers who can turn customer conversations into qualified appointments.

What you will do

Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.

Explain the clients services clearly and professionally.

Qualify customer needs and book appointments for the sales team.

Handle questions objections and follow-up conversations.

Maintain accurate call outcomes customer notes and appointments in the CRM.

Work toward agreed call-quality and appointment-setting targets.

What we are looking for

This role must be performed remotely from Ukraine. Applicants currently outside Ukraine including in the United States may apply if they can work from Ukraine by their start date. The job location is Ukraine.

Excellent spoken and written English approximately C1/C2 with clear natural communication on U.S. customer calls.

Previous cold-calling appointment-setting telemarketing or sales experience.

Confident handling objections while remaining professional and friendly.

Comfortable using CRM software dialers and online calendars.

A reliable computer headset quiet workspace stable internet and a practical backup power/connectivity plan.

Experience with U.S. home improvement construction roofing remodeling or other home services is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time during California business hours (Pacific Time). This requires evening/night availability in Ukraine. The exact shift and working days will be confirmed before hiring.

Compensation

Compensation: $5 USD per hour. Please confirm that this rate works for you in your application.
