Theyre hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join their all stars group.

Were looking for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with these specific technologies: deep hands-on experience in *multimodal AI* and *Vision-Language Model (VLM) training* and good spoken and written English skills (at least Upper-Intermediate).

Beyond technical expertise were looking for engineers who combine two qualities:
- The ability to leverage the latest AI tools and technologies effectively.
- Strong first-principles thinking designing algorithms refining high-quality code and building robust systems from the ground up.
