Join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of young people aged 12-25. As a Youth Wellbeing and Connections Support Worker you will provide compassionate early intervention support to young people experiencing challenges such as mental health concerns anxiety depression relationship difficulties bullying alcohol and drug issues and uncertainty about their future.
In this role you will work closely with young people their families and other support networks to promote wellbeing resilience and social connection. You will deliver one-on-one support coordinate care and case management facilitate educational workshops and group activities and collaborate with community organisations to strengthen inclusion participation and connectedness.

In addition to a salary equivalent to SCHADS Level 4 superannuation you can access the following:
- An extra 17.5% on top of your fortnightly pay when you take paid annual leave

Were looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and can build strong positive relationships within the community. The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of the mental health and wellbeing challenges experienced by young people and their families.
- Experience supporting young people with mental health and wellbeing needs.
- Skills in delivering engaging education sessions training workshops activities or events.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of people and stakeholders.
- A collaborative and creative approach to working both independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence using IT systems and social media platforms.
- Experience planning and delivering programs projects or community initiatives that achieve positive outcomes.
