Are you looking for a Year In Industry Placement in the fast-paced world of digital At Boots were looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Digital Operations team for a unique Year In Industry programme. This is your chance to gain invaluable experience while making a real impact in a company that values your contributions.
Our 12 months programme offers a unique blend of learning combining face-to-face and digital modules with practical on-the-job experiences to support personal and professional development. The programme will help you to develop skills knowledge and provides all the stretch and challenge needed to accelerate a career at Boots.

What Youll Do
  • Youll play a crucial role in keeping our website running smoothly. From setting up exciting promotions to processing returns and providing insights youll be at the heart of our digital operations.
  • Youll also collaborate with our User Acceptance Testing team to ensure that new functionalities meet our high standards before going live.
  • Youll be looking at how the website is delivering against key measures spotting and recommending improvements to ensure we are giving our customers the best on-line experience.
  • You will be the go to person for pulling together and sharing crucial data and using your own initiative to take timely action.
  • You will also support our ambition to help customers feel good by working with our customer service team advising on escalations and providing effective communications to customers and stores.

What Were Looking For
  • You should be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree as part of a course that allows for a placement year.
  • A passion for digital and a knack for problem-solving will set you apart.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Confidence in working with data and drawing insights will help you thrive in this role.
  • A drive for self-development and the ability to work well in a team are key.
