A primary school in St Neots is seeking a Year 4 Teacher for an immediate start. The role will initially be temporary with the potential to become permanent depending on the schools requirements and recruitment process.
The Role
Plan and deliver lessons across the Year 4 curriculum.
Develop pupils reading comprehension writing accuracy and mathematical fluency.
Teach foundation subjects through practical and enquiry-based activities.
Assess progress and provide clear feedback to pupils.
Adapt learning to support pupils who need additional challenge or intervention.
Maintain effective classroom routines and contribute to school life.
The Candidate
Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has strong curriculum knowledge and effective classroom management.
Can differentiate lessons for a range of abilities.
Works well with teaching assistants and other year-group staff.
