An outstanding primary school in Slough is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join its team from September. This is a full-time role within a supportive and high-achieving school that values creativity pupil wellbeing and exceptional teaching.

You will take responsibility for a Year 3 class delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum.

The role includes teaching English Mathematics Science Humanities and foundation subjects while supporting pupils academic social and emotional development as they transition into Key Stage 2.

You will create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes independence resilience and high expectations for learning and behaviour.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues teaching assistants and parents to ensure excellent outcomes for pupils.

• Teach a Year 3 class across the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons

• Assess pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback

• Create a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment

• Support pupils academic and personal development

• Work collaboratively with colleagues parents and support staff

• Contribute to wider school life and extracurricular activities

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in primary education or during placements

• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Passion for pupil progress and development

Desirable

• Experience teaching Year 3 or Lower Key Stage 2

• Experience working in an outstanding school setting

• Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities

• Experience supporting pupils with varying learning needs
