Y2 Class Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic primary teacher to join our strong and supportive team teaching in Year 2. You will be passionate about teaching and committed to making a difference. This post is full time to cover maternity leave which is expected to end in December 2027.

We are looking for:

• A talented teacher with high expectations for behaviour attitudes and learning
• Someone who can model and disseminate through high quality teaching to secure consistently good or outstanding learning for all children
• Someone with experience of achieving excellent outcomes in phonics
• A teacher who will maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment be innovative and demonstrate high levels of motivation
• Someone with the desire and potential to lead PE (not essential)
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
• Someone who will contribute to the wider life at the school
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of our team
• Someone who is committed to our vision and values.
