Job Summary

We are recruiting a qualified and experienced XDC LGV Driver to join our growing transport team at our Raunds site Northamptonshire.

As a XDC LGV Driver youll need solid experience working in a busy transport operation and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Location Raunds

Contract Type Full-Time - Permanent

Shift Monday - Friday (days) 53.5 hours per week (additional weekend work will be required during peak periods)

Salary 47601.32 per annum

What you will be doing as a XDC LGV Driver:

  • Ensuring safe and timely deliveries across our depot network

  • Contributing to key operational and performance targets

  • Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach

  • Completing site inductions and any required training to support business needs

  • Utilising strong geographical knowledge to plan and complete journeys

  • Following company policies procedures and standard operating practices (SOPs)

  • Demonstrating flexibility in your approach to work and collaborating effectively as part of a wider team

What do you need to qualify for the XDC LGV Driver:

  • Excellent knowledge of driver regulations/WTD

  • Full HGV drivers licence (C / CE)

  • Hold a valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card
