This is a pivotal role for an experienced Sage X3 professional who wants to take ownership lead complex projects and make a meaningful impact on how we deliver for our customers. What Youll Be Doing

• Working closely with customers to understand business requirements and deliver successful Sage X3 solutions.
• Configuring and optimising Sage X3 modules to meet customer needs and project objectives.
• Collaborating with technical teams to deliver customisations integrations and system enhancements.
• Leading testing data migration validation and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle providing guidance and resolving issues.
• Delivering user training documentation and knowledge transfer to support effective system adoption.
• Providing post-go-live support system optimisation and ongoing consultancy.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies tools and best practices.
• Maintaining expertise in Sage X3 and keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

About You

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Sage X3 ideally within distribution environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes solution design system integrations and ERP best practices.
• Experience delivering software or ERP projects using structured project methodologies.
• Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with a track record of building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Experience providing user training supporting change adoption and ensuring successful system use.
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated adaptable and proactive with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Relevant ERP or Sage X3 certifications and a degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Finance IT or a related discipline are advantageous.
