Were looking for a proactive and technically skilled Workshop Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting problem-solving and working with innovative medical technologies in a quality-driven environment.

As a Workshop Engineer youll be responsible for servicing maintaining and repairing Baxter products ensuring they perform reliably and safely for healthcare providers and patients. Youll work as part of a supportive team while having the autonomy to manage your own workload and make a meaningful impact every day.

What Youll Be Doing

• Service maintain troubleshoot and repair Baxter medical devices within the workshop environment.
• Ensure products are returned to customers safely efficiently and in line with agreed service levels.
• Build positive relationships with customers colleagues and key business stakeholders.
• Investigate and manage product service issues and complaints delivering resolutions within defined timelines and KPIs.
• Accurately document service activities and maintain up-to-date records within Baxters service management systems.
• Follow established service procedures technical documentation and quality processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement quality excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with Baxters Quality Management System Enterprise Management System and Health & Safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business and contribute to team success.
• Take on additional responsibilities and development opportunities as required.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Qualification in Electronics Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience within an engineering service or technical repair environment.
• Experience working within healthcare medical devices or other regulated industries is advantageous.
• Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection principles.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and quality management systems.
