Workshop Engineer
Hull Area
Salary: 34255 Overtime Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday 42.5 hours

We are recruiting for a Workshop Engineer to join a growing engineering business in a brand-new position.
The Role
- Build complete pumping stations and GRP tank assemblies.
- Install plastic/ductile pipework valves pumps and mechanical components from drawings.
- Work inside large tanks/chambers so good physical fitness and agility are important.
- Basic installation of control panels with further training provided.
- Support the warehouse when required including parts picking and general duties.
- Work alongside the Warehouse Manager.
What Were Looking For
- Good hands-on mechanical engineering experience.
- Confident reading engineering drawings and assembling equipment.
- Pipefitting pumps valves mechanical assembly or similar experience advantageous.
- Comfortable working independently.
- No formal engineering qualifications or PLC experience required.
Package
- 15.15ph / circa 34255 basic
- Overtime at enhanced rates typically 2000 per year
