Job Summary

Location: To be agreed on appointment/hybrid working available

Hours: Part-time 21 hours

(3 days to be agreed on appointment; within service hours Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:30 & Friday 08:30-15:15)

Were looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Workplace Wellbeing Trainer to join our team and help organisations create healthier more resilient and high-performing workplaces across Northern Ireland the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.

In this rewarding role youll design and deliver evidence-informed training programmes focused on workplace mental health resilience and wellbeing. Youll facilitate workshops presentations and interactive learning sessions equipping employers and employees with the knowledge and skills to promote positive mental health and create supportive workplace cultures.

Were looking for someone with excellent communication and presentation skills who is confident delivering training to a range of audiences. Youll have experience in mental health wellbeing or resilience training alongside the ability to build strong relationships with clients partners and colleagues. A creative approach to developing learning resources and a passion for improving workplace wellbeing are essential.

As part of the role youll also contribute to developing new training resources supporting business development strengthening client relationships and promoting our Workplace Wellbeing services. Youll help shape innovative programmes and digital content while ensuring high standards of quality evaluation and continuous improvement.
