Job Summary
Currently our London office isrecruiting forapassionate Workplace StrategistIto join our London officeand work within ourAdvisoryServicesteam.
This isa truly excitingopportunity forsomeonewhosinterested in data and business to work with acreative design firm delivering data driven solutions within a collaborative team environment.
Weare keen to review applicants who havebetween 1-3 years experience within the industry.
Common baselineresponsibilitiesinclude butarentlimited to:
- Providingassistancethroughout projectsunder routine guidance; proactively contributes to overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design execution and living design.
- Contributingto materials for client presentations.
- Assistingwith documenting information relative to programming analysis space plans and area calculations.
- Participatingin collaborations with design teams to evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria.
- Preparingand contributingto data collection through interviews focus groups end-user surveys observation and post occupancy evaluation.
- Confident inleading the clearing andanalysis of data.
- Providingassistancewith change management documentation and activities(optional).
- Usinga creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organizedtimely and consistent way.
- Self-checks work for accuracy omissions legibility and for document compliance.
- Proactively asks questions and expresses curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
- Providingsupport to tasks within project teams and studio activities.
- Keeps open communication within team and with designated team leader.

- Professional degree in facility planning architecture interior design urban studies industrialengineeringor other relatedSTEMdegrees.

Thisexciting roleoffers excellent opportunities for career development within a global design role is full-time (37.5 hours per week)operatingfrom 9:00am to 5:30pm with a competitive salary. We also offer hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week.
