Job Summary

As a Workplace Specialist youll be at the forefront of ensuring our studio operates seamlessly and as the face of our studio greeting colleagues and external contacts youll play a crucial role in shaping the studios vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Embracing challenges with creativity and adaptability youll ensure that our facilities are optimised to support our studios needs. Whether its physical operations & repairs replenishing vending/coffee machines coordinating events or overseeing health and safety practices youll be the driving force behind our studios operational excellence and compliance. 

Youll be part of a team that encourages proactivity continuous improvement and your dedication to enhancing our studio environment will make a tangible impact on the overall studio experience.

This is a dynamic role that requires on-site presence 5 days a week. While our core hours are 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week) we value flexibility and ask that you be available to adjust your schedule between 8am and 6pm occasionally which will be shared amongst the team. 

What youll bring

  • Experience in a workplace/facilities office/coordinator role and an understanding of general office health and safety practices facilities management and event coordination.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic reactive environment are crucial as other priorities may quickly arise.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and time management skills.
  • Exposure to health & safety practices such as housekeeping checks fire marshalling or first aid.
  • Patience approachability a problem-solving mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Have the freedom to be yourself develop invaluable skills and make a genuine impactall without needing to be in a technical role.
  • Familiarity with administrative tools and ticketing systems. Jira and Miro are desirable but we welcome those eager to learn and adapt to new ways of working.
