AWC Staff Services are looking for a Wireman to join our client at Melksham Substation in Swindon.

To apply for the role you MUST be a National Grid Persons Experienced Wireman and have experience in:

Electrical installation/refurbishment experience on AIS/GIS switchgear
P&C panels
LVAC boards
SCS PRRs
Blockhouses
Marshalling kiosks
Supplies pillars
Telecommunication Battery boards
Transformers Shunt reactors Circuit breakers Disconnectors Earth switches CTs VTs CVTs

Start: ASAP
Duration: Until December 2026
Rate: 30 Per Hour Paid CIS. 50 Hour Weeks
