Overview


The UK&IWin Work teamis seeking aWin WorkTransformationLeadto join the UK&IWin WorkExcellence Group (WWEG).

TheWWEGis a shared serviceoperatingacross all ofAtkinsRéalis UK&Ibusiness unitsItsupportsa range of win work activitiesincludingCapture Planning Proposal Management Reporting andKey Account Management (KAM). It alsomanages the development and delivery ofourwin work improvement programme.

The Win WorkTransformationLeadwill play a key role in the teambyproviding leadership and oversight to specific improvement projects as well as collaborating with other members of the WWEG team andbusiness unitwin work leads to support thetimelycompletion of win work activities.

Your role

Theprincipal responsibilities of the role shall be to:

  • Manageregionaldelivery ofglobalandregional win worktransformationprojects. This may include but will not be limited to:
  • Project Management of our UK&I Small Bids Programme. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new win work services drive business adoption and realise benefits across the region
  • Project Managementofnew technologiesto enhance our knowledge management and proposal deliverysuch as Project Vault (case studies) Proposal Expertise Hub (PEH) Proposal InformationHub(PIH)andCo-pilotWin WorkAgents
  • Optimising our existing win work technologies e.g. Dynamics 365 to enhance KAM.
  • Support the Regional Win Work Director to develop business cases for selected win worktransformationprojects.
  • Support the Regional Win Work Director to prepare for and brief senior stakeholders on the progress of win work projects.
  • Own the Win Work Community engagement programme coordinating regular community calls that connect stakeholders promote collaborationshowcaseinnovation and support the adoption of strategic Win Work initiatives and tools.
  • Project manage the annualUK&I Win Work /Key Account Management (KAM) events. Supporting theRegional Win Work Directorto deliver high-impact events that drive engagement collaboration and strategic account development.
  • Support theteamto successfully implement the UK&I KAM Programme.
  • Attend (asrequired) the UK&I Win Work Steering Group to provide updates on live win work projects and toidentifyopportunities for future projects that will add value.

About you

Thesuccessful candidateshall have the following technical and behavioural competencies:

  • Strong project management and organisation skills with the ability to drive programmes of activity to successful completion.
  • Strong peoplemanagementand engagementskills with the ability to motivate remote teams tomeettime cost and qualityexpectations.
  • Good understanding of win work processes systems and people.
  • Good understanding ofSharepointand M365 Co-pilot
