Wetpour Mixer Surfacing Operative
Job Summary
- Work alongside the Wetpour Installation Team Leader and Wetpour Installer / Screeder on projects across the UK.
- Measure and mix rubber granules and binder using forced-action or pan mixers.
- Load unload move and prepare tools and materials.
- Support the screeders during pouring levelling trowelling and finishing.
- Help with site preparation edges masking cleaning and housekeeping.
- Keep mixing equipment tools and work areas clean and organised.
- Practical construction groundworks landscaping surfacing playground-installation or outdoor site experience.
- A reliable practical approach and ability to work well in a small team.
- Good attention to safe working practices and accurate material preparation.
- Willingness to travel countrywide and stay away when required.
- Willingness to complete the appropriate Enhanced DBS check because the work includes school sites.
- Wetpour rubber crumb resin-bound artificial-grass or playground-surfacing experience.
- Experience using a CreteAngle Baron or another forced-action or pan mixer.
- A current CSCS card and full UK driving licence are useful but not essential.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Paid hotel accommodation and a daily subsistence allowance when staying away.
- For longer stays Airbnb or similar self-contained accommodation may be arranged with a kitchen living room and bedroom.
