About the role
- Reporting to the Assistant Manager youll support all wellness brands offering expert unbiased advice to ensure customers receive the best experience every time.
- Youll use open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic wellness solutions and products including our instore and online services referring to specialists where needed.
- Youll use your communication skills every day to connect with customers and support their unique wellness needs.
- This is a sales-based role but success is shared as a teamtheres no competitive performancebased commission here
- We take pride in our stores so youll help keep shelves stocked tidy and looking their best throughout the day.

- Proactive in learning about new products services and wellness approaches to deliver a seamless holistic customer journey.
