Were looking for a Wellbeing Coach to join our friendly and supportive Coaching & Therapies team. If youre passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing and confident delivering one-to-one support this could be the role for you.
Job title: Wellbeing Coach
Hours: 21 hours (3 days)
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract
Starting salary: 25850 (Pro-rata)

About the role
As a Wellbeing Coach youll support people across Lancashire to build resilience develop coping strategies and take meaningful steps to improve their wellbeing.
Youll mainly work face-to-face in the community alongside some virtual delivery supporting adults (with some young people where needed).
This is a varied and rewarding role where youll:
Deliver one-to-one wellbeing coaching sessions and group workshops
Support people experiencing anxiety low mood stress and life challenges
Use techniques such as goal setting guided self-help and behavioural strategies
Manage your own caseload and track outcomes
Work closely with colleagues and partners across Lancashire to promote the service and generate referrals
Youll be part of a growing service making a real difference across our communities.
