We areseekinga warm welcoming host to greet guests and owners check passes and guide them through their check-in experience. If you love creating memorable first impressions and enjoy a vibrant guest-focused role this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Primarily based outdoorsyoullwelcome guests and owners warmly upon arrival at our check-in gate.
- Create a great first impression whileassistingwith the check-in process.
- Verify passes answer questions and offer helpful information on park amenities events and activities.
- Act as an on-site information guide helping guests get acquainted with the park and plan their stay.
- Handle anyinitialqueries or issues ensuring our guests and owners feel valued and cared for.
- Collaborate with other teams to create a smooth welcoming environment from arrival to departure.

Requirements
-Previousexperience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
- Friendly approachable and confident in interacting with guests of all ages.
-Strong communicationskills and a passion for providing excellent service.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak times.
- A team player who can adapt to a dynamic environment with ease.
