Working Pattern: Weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) with additional hours in the week when needed. Must be willing to work late-night shifts for our festive lights event e.g. 16:0022:00

About the Role

Were recruiting weekend casual Sales Assistants to join our Garden Shop & Plant Centre ahead of the busy Christmas period. This is a great opportunity for a friendly customer-focused individual to be part of a lively retail team during one of our busiest and most festive times of year including our seasonal lights event. Youll report to the Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing friendly helpful customer service on the shop floor
• Operating the till and processing sales accurately
• Keeping displays shelves and plant areas well stocked and presentable
• Supporting evening trade during our festive lights event
• Assisting with general shop duties as directed by the Assistant Manager

What Were Looking For

• A friendly customer-focused individual who enjoys working as part of a team
• Available to work weekends with flexibility for late-night shifts during the festive period
• Reliable and punctual comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
