Labcorp is seeking an Animal Facilities Technician to join our team near Alconbury Cambridgeshire.
Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8.00 am 13.00 pm (10 hours total)
Job responsibilities:
Daily welfare checks
Provision of adequate fresh food and water
Providing animals with environmental enrichment through play and exercise
Assisting trained technician with procedures
Ensuring enclosures are cleaned in accordance with clear instructions and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Minimum Qualifications:
Educated to GCSE Level with English and Maths
Preferred Qualifications:
Animal Care Level 2 OR Animal Management Level 3
Institute of Animal Technology qualification
Additional Job Standards:
Previous experience of working with or caring for animals
Passion for our industry
Enthusiastic and committed attitude
Reliable with a hardworking approach to the job
