As part of our structural engineering team youll gain experience across a broad range of water sector projects providing an excellent platform to develop both your technical and professional skills.

Our work spans the full water cycle offering exposure to diverse and challenging projects including flood defence infrastructure large-diameter tanks and deep shafts for wastewater networks and the design and assessment of tanks buildings and industrial steelwork associated with water and wastewater treatment facilities.

From day one youll work alongside experienced engineers who are committed to your development. Youll be given real responsibility supported to build your technical expertise and encouraged to play an active role in delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.

Qualifications :

Heres what were looking for:

• An MEng in Civil Engineering (2:1 or above preferred) or a related qualification.
• A genuine interest in structural engineering and the water sector.
• A desire to develop your technical knowledge and build a successful engineering career.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A positive attitude curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team while also showing initiative and independence.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.

Previous work experience or placements within engineering are beneficial but not essential. Were more interested in your enthusiasm drive and determination to learn.
