Your programme

Our Water Recycling Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various operational teams developing the knowledge skills and leadership capability needed to lead complex operational teams in the future. Through a structured two-year programmeyoullwork alongside experiencedoperational leaders contribute toreal businesschallengesand build a broad understanding of how we deliver safereliableand sustainable services.

Youllcomplete a series of diverse placements designed to give you exposure to every aspect of operational leadership including:

• responding to operational incidents managingrisksandmaintainingservice performance.

• identifyingopportunities to improve performance resilience and efficiency through planning and optimisation.

• gaining hands-on experience working directly with operational teams and understanding the realities of day-to-day service delivery.

• learning how financialcontractualand commercial decisions support operational success.

• understanding how we transform waste into valuable resources while supporting environmental and sustainabilityobjectives.

• gaining insight into water production distribution networks customeroutcomesand operational performance.

• developing an understanding of safety leadership riskmanagementand regulatory responsibilities.

For this roleyoullneed to have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
