Youll have direct management of the Fire Station and Fire Safety personnel. As well as monitoring managing and reporting on operational service and personnel performance.

Job Description:

What youll be doing:

• Manage and Supervise Duties the delivery of the CFR Operations Response Prevent and Protect) service delivery plan.

• Manage Fire Safety/Response resources and assets.

• Delivery of operational outputs to meet CFR Operational Standards.

• Undertake Quality Assurance and compliance checks.

• Monitor manage and report on operational service and personnel performance.

• Delivery identification and development of continuous improvement.

• Direct management of nominated Fire Station/Fire Safety personnel and outputs

• Managing the delivery of activities to ensure the working environment is healthy safe and productive

• Identifying justifying and controlling the allocation most efficient and effective use of resources to support fire station and fire safety based activities.

• Ensuring service delivery activities meet the service requirements standard and effectively achieve the objectives

• Debriefing operational incidents and training activities providing feedback to support service improvement performance and compliance

• Obtaining analysing and sharing with Station Manager information and client feedback to make effective decisions and support continuous improvement

• Identifying improvement opportunities
