As Warehouse Team Leader youll oversee a dedicated team of warehouse operatives for our client in a fast-paced environment. Youll ensure daily operations run smoothly targets are met and team members are motivated.

Key Duties:

• Lead motivate and manage a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor team performance and productivity providing coaching and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock control and assist with inventory management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
