Warehouse Service Technician
Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Service Technicianto join the team within our Brighton and Hove Community Equipment Service Centre. This is an exciting opportunity where youll be working as part of engaged and motivated team for a company committed to reward and recognition for a job well done.
Millbrook Healthcare work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their day to day life.
About the role:
- Stock management including labelling and logging of equipment
- Picking packing and loading equipment to assist with the installers
- Logging special orders and communicating receipts to the customer services team
- Updating of order and stock systems with use of scanner
- Quarantine sterilise and re-pack equipment and ensure paperwork is documented logged and filed
- Decontamination of community equipment
- Day to day efficient running of the warehouse and decon areas
- Maintenance and housekeeping of the service centre including in some cases repairs of equipment including PAT testing
- You will be required to participate in an ad-hoc weekend rota
- You may be required to assist the field-based Installation Technicians on occasion and there will be a requirement to load and deliver recycled products internally
What are we looking for
- Previous warehouse/decontamination experience is desirable however full training will be provided
- Computer literate previous experience of using stock management systems would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to interact with the team and external suppliers
- Keen to develop within the role and company
- Hard working driven and motivated
- Full UK driving licence is required
