Role: Warehouse Operators
Location: Brackmills Northampton
Days/Shifts: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00
Start Date: September 2026

Were hiring Warehouse Operators to join our fast-paced team in Brackmills Northampton. If youre reliable safety-conscious and thrive in a hands-on environment this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic this role youll handle inbound and outbound goods ensuring accurate receiving checking packing and put-away of stock. Youll follow standard operating procedures maintain high standards of safety and quality and contribute to the smooth running of daily warehouse activities.

What will you be doing

Unload check and prepare goods for storage or dispatch.
Pick pack label and palletise products accurately.
Process returned goods and maintain stock integrity.
Perform quality checks and support inventory audits.
Operate manual handling equipment and complete safety inspections.
Maintain a clean safe and organised working environment.
Report incidents and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Good understanding of health & safety practices.
Good level of spoken and written English with the ability to understand bother verbal and written instructions
Basic IT and data entry skills.
Ability to plan and manage own time
MHE licences (Counterbalance Reach Truck etc.) desirable.
