Warehouse Operative (Night) - Bedford Depot

Night Shift- 10pm-6am
40 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 day rota (including weekends)

Temperature-controlled (4C) environment

90% performance 15.03 per hour

100% performance 16.49 per hour

110% performance 17.95 per hour

120% performance 19.41 per hour

All inclusive of 1.89ph Night Shift Allowance

We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives at our Bedford this role youll play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assemble customer orders
• Pick and load goods onto cages safely
• Input weighted items correctly
• Follow stock rotation procedures
• Perform various warehouse duties with precision and efficiency
• Properly mark and store assembled orders for dispatch

Some Key Knowledge Skills Experience and Qualifications Required

• Essential
  • Numerate and literate
  • Warehousing and distribution experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a cold environment

• Desirable
  • Ability to work in a freezer environment earning an extra 1.18ph premium.
  • FLT (Reach/VNA) licence earning an extra 0.60ph premium.
