Warehouse Operative

Great Bear part of the Culina Group is seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Duckmanton Chesterfield. This role supports the handling and distribution of a wide range of household cleaning products and over the counter medicines ensuring orders are picked packed and dispatched accurately to meet customer expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in delivering high standards of service and accuracy.

Qualifications :

• Picking and packing products and supplies to customer specifications with use of Handheld Scanners.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Checking goods received and reporting any discrepancies.
• Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting inventory checks.
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and safely within the warehouse.
• Keeping work areas clean tidy and organised.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Working as part of a team to achieve operational targets and deadlines.

What Were Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• MHE/VNA experience desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• We are looking for people who would like a part time or second job that want extra hours.
