Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team at our Bristol distribution centre.
In this role you will play a critical part in day-to-day warehouse operations handling inbound deliveries picking and packing orders managing stock levels and ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on schedule.
Key Details & Responsibilities
Goods Inwards: Unload delivery vehicles check stock against purchase orders and inspect deliveries for any damages or discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using handheld RF scanners or pick sheets.
Packing & Dispatch: Pack items securely according to company standards print shipping labels and load outbound pallets/cages onto transport vehicles.
Stock Control: Conduct regular inventory counts report stock discrepancies and ensure items are safely put away into correct bin locations.
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse logistics or distribution environment.
Professional Standards: High commitment & punctual timed.
Expected Hours: Typically 8-10 paid hours per shift with regular opportunities for overtime.
Support: Dedicated coordinator and on-call planning team
Pay Rate: Up to 14.50 an hour
