Warehouse Operative

About the role

Working a rotating shift pattern of 4 days on 3 days off followed by 3 days on 4 days off youll support the day-to-day warehouse operation ensuring goods are moved stored picked and dispatched safely and efficiently.

You will be responsible for:

• Picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch

• Operating Counterbalance and Aislemaster FLT equipment safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse

• Completing inventory and stock-related tasks accurately

• Following all warehouse procedures and health & safety requirements

• Supporting the wider warehouse team to achieve operational targets

About you

Youll have previous warehouse experience and hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence. Experience operating an Aislemaster truck would be beneficial although training may be provided for the right candidate.

Youll thrive in this role if you have a positive proactive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. Were looking for someone who is hands-on reliable and willing to learn new skills. A strong work ethic commitment to safety and desire to develop and progress within the business will help you succeed.
