Newstaff Employment Services is seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Counterbalance Driver to join our team in this role you will be responsible for operating counterbalance forklifts to efficiently move load and stack goods within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your contribution is crucial to ensuring smooth warehouse operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy. • Operate counterbalance forklifts to transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report any faults promptly.
• Load and unload deliveries ensuring correct placement and stacking of items.
• Assist with order picking and stock replenishment tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily operational targets.

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License.
• Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Reliable punctual and flexible with working hours.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (half-hour break) no weekends

14.00 per hour
